The private, not-for-profit, 162-bed general acute-care facility located on a 37-acre campus was named in honor of the people of Wood County. It serves a population of more than 72,000 in Wood, Henry, Seneca, Sandusky and Hancock counties in northwest Ohio.

“A Bridge to Better Health.” Bridge Home Health and Hospice, a local not-for-profit agency, has been providing services to residents of Wood County and surrounding communities for over 20 years. Accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, Bridge accepts Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance or private payment.
